The developed and presented project concerns a large-scale ground-mounted photovoltaic system with a particular focus on the relationship with the landscape. Special care was taken in treating the boundary with the surrounding agricultural areas. The typical conformation of the integration of the road with the landscape was reproduced by placing a thick layer of interposition, consisting of a dry stone wall built using local historical techniques, a continuous hedge that conceals an anti-intrusion fence, and discontinuous rows of trees to restore continuity.
